Lors d'un tournoi de joute, Sir Popeye et le Chevalier Noir, Sir Bluto, s'affrontent pour gagner un baiser de la Belle au Bois Dormant. Après des tours farfelus et des batailles loufoques, Popeye finit par triompher de son rival grâce à sa force légendaire. La princesse, réveillée par un coup sur le pied, surprend Popeye par son enthousiasme, et le chevalier, un peu trop timide, fond littéralement sous son baiser.
